About Us
The Inner Circle For Human Services was founded , October 2003 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) charitable
not for profit organization August 14 in Salem, Oregon. Our organization has expanded its operations to Lubbock,Texas and
Providence, Rhode Island. We are currently preparing to expand further to the States of Louisiana and California.
Our Management team consists of the Board Of Directors and officers that make sure the organizations' mission,vision,and
policy are properly respected and carried out.
Our ultimate goal is to reduce the plight of homelessness and remove
barriers by networking with public officials, government agencies, individuals, and similar organizations; thus providing
programs and family oriented Shelters Of Transition that promote harmony, balance, and peace, regardless of race, color,
or creed.
